Frequently asked questions
- How do I get started?
- Open RumiAI, choose the language you want to learn, and tap to start talking with Rumi. You can speak out loud or type — whichever feels easier.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. Open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select RumiAI, and change your plan or cancel.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and request a refund for RumiAI.
- Which languages can I learn?
- You can hold real conversations in a wide range of languages — just set your target language in the app and start talking.
- The microphone or audio isn’t working
- Check that RumiAI has microphone access in Settings → RumiAI → Microphone, make sure your device isn’t muted, and restart the app. If it keeps happening, email us.
- How do I delete my account and data?
- Email us from the address linked to your account and we’ll permanently delete your account and all associated data.
